LADIES, are you an experienced player, or have you thought about playing darts?

Kirton and District Ladies Darts League is looking for more darts players and teams of five or more players.

You must be from Crediton and the surrounding area and all levels of experience are accepted.

Tracy Armstrong, Results Secretary, KDLDL explained: “The KDLDL has been running for 51 years, but recently (particularly after the covid lockdown) teams have dwindled and venues have either closed or do not open as often as in previous years, greatly reducing the number of teams in the League.

“We'd really like to keep the League running, it's a great way to socialise and have a bit of fun. It's open to all women aged 16 or over, of mixed ability. We still have a founding member playing!”

The league would like more teams for its September 2024-May 2025 season.

Games are played on Wednesday evenings at venues in Crediton and the surrounding area, with an 8pm start.

The format is five individual games (301) and two pairs games (401).

Cup games are held at the half-way point and end of season.
